Many of us often forget how much power we have to change our situations, but we have to get in enough pain or change our situations bad enough to change them. We have to get in enough pain to let go of what doesn’t serve us well.
What are you currently unhappy or unsatisfied within your life?
What about your current situation are you absolutely DONE dealing with?
What about your current situation do you wish to change?
Questions to Ask Yourself
Are you satisfied with your income?
Are you satisfied with your weight?
Are you satisfied with your fitness levels?
Are you satisfied with your debt (if you have any)?
Are you satisfied with your relationships?
Are you satisfied with your job?
Are you satisfied with the place you live?
Are you satisfied with your thought patterns?
Are you satisfied with your habits?
Are you satisfied with your attitudes?
Are you satisfied with your internal beliefs?
Are you satisfied with the way you handle situations daily?
Are you satisfied with how you feel daily?
Until you get too fed up to continue dealing with your current circumstances, and until you become ready to change your circumstances…you will remain in the same situation with the same set of circumstances.
When will you be ready to take action and change your situation?
When will you be ready to let go of what no longer serves you well?
An Excerpt on Letting Go
“Let go of that thing that you’ve held on to for far too long: that emotion that keeps you closed off, that job that makes you feel lost inside, or that person who doesn’t serve your highest self.
Whatever it is that you find yourself begrudgingly holding on to, let it go. Even if letting go means just taking the first step in the direction of change. Go toward it. Letting go will look different for each of us, and letting go is a process.
Not sure what it is you need to let go of? Take a long, deep breath, look directly into a mirror, and ask yourself. Speaking to our own image has a way of bringing to awareness the things that may be hidden in your unconscious.” — Cyndie Spiegel
Not sure who needed to read that excerpt by Cyndie today, but one thing I know for sure is that it spoke to me.
Don’t wait any longer. Let go of the things and people who must go and execute the necessary changes to experience your highest self today.
