4. Listen to an audio-book to and from work
5. Listen to audio-books while you work
6. Read — by yourself, with a friend, your partner, family, etc. — five to fifteen minutes before you go to bed
7. Read while you wait to be called at an appointment (doctor visit, driver’s license, car maintenance, etc.)
