Accomplishing Your Dreams Isn’t Always A Beautiful Process
Working on your dreams is not always a beautiful process, and by this I mean the process isn’t always as smooth as a baby’s bottom.
Working on your dreams is not always a beautiful process, and by this I mean the process isn’t always as smooth as a baby’s bottom.
There will be times when you question what’s the point of working on the dream, goal, or desire you have in mind.
There will be times when you think all of the effort you are putting into this dream of yours is completely pointless and wasting hours of your precious life.
There will be times when you feel depressed, down, discouraged, and unmotivated to keep investing in your dream.
There will be times when the quality or quantity of effort you put into your dream is low.
There will be times when you are burnt out.
But this is okay if this happens.
Note if you keep going no matter what. Note if your actions keep leading you closer to your dream. Note if you can’t get the dream out of your mind. If this is the case for you, then you are on the right track.
If this is not the case, then you may want to re-evaluate what your aim is, and brainstorm how you can align your dream in a way that keeps you coming back (working on it consistently). Our actions always let us know how bad we truly desire something.
Know that a dream will take hard work — as we all know. But the work is not as hard when we really want that dream to be a reality in our lives.
Achieving our goals is not always fun and games, and if it was, we would not cherish and appreciate the end result as much as we do.
Enjoy the journey — even when it doesn’t feel or look beautiful.
