“When it comes to personal development, I think we can take some notes from our friends in the software space. As new software launches, we can see all the work (or lack thereof) the programmers put into developing the product. We judge the software by its features, capabilities, compatibility, and shortcomings. I believe that we (human beings) are not too much different!
Although computer programmers did not create us, we had our own "programmers" that developed us growing up. These "programmers" may have been parents, friends, living environment, trauma, hang-ups, or other potential factors.
All of these programming factors contribute to our "1.0 release version" as we come into our own and enter adulthood.
Unfortunately, just like with a new software release, we come with errors, bugs, and defects! We are simply a product of our development. Some of us had better quality development than others. Regardless of the quality of the software development life cycle we received, none of us come perfect.
Here is the beauty of software in today's world... It can be improved! It can be updated! It can be patched! And it is no difference between you and me.
You have the capability to take charge of your own development and quality assurance moving forward! Make the decision right now to become the lead programmer in your life.
Through deep reflection, personal development, and always staying mindful, we start to find and eliminate those bugs and errors in our software as well as improve ourselves in the process!
Make it your mission to release the latest and most improved version of yourself daily. Today you have updated to version 1.1 Now, let's get back to work and begin working on version 1.2!”

Every second is an opportunity for you to seek out and embrace your greatness. Never allow fear to be your excuse, but conquer your fear with a sense of fearlessness to never accept being mediocre. We are some tendencies to sabotage our success sometimes; consequently, at times we need to get out of our own way to succeed. Hopefully, we are able to find closure to become the best of the best of our destiny as well as our success.
