Write down the 25 most important things that you want to accomplish or experience in your life. Once you do this, eliminate 20 items from the list and let remain only the 5 things that matter most to you.
We often crowd our lives, time, and minds with too many things and desires on our wishlist/bucket list. Of course, the sky is the limit, and there is no limit to what you can accomplish in this life; but why not invest laser-focused energy into accomplishing the five most important things to you? Once you accomplish these 5 things, go back and look at those 20 other items. Are they still important to you? If so, choose 5 more things.
Before you sleep and when you wake, review your goals, review the 5 things that matter most to you that you want to accomplish in your life, and take a few minutes to reflect in silence.
Lastly, ensure your daily actions align you towards making these 5 things a reality.
The only way for you to get from here to there is to take intelligent, thoughtful, and laser-focused action—consistently.
