How many times have you forced yourself into a shape that couldn’t house you?
How many times have you forced something into or onto your body that your body rejected?
It can be hard to feel completely okay with who the universe has made you to be.
Everyone seems to be steadily focused on improving something about themselves like their lives, their cars, their bodies, their jobs, their level of physical attraction, their of thinking, their homes, etc.
Even though our bodies often have a way of letting us know a change that we are making isn’t for the best, we often try to force the change anyways. We think, or we feel, that this change will somehow improve our lives or improve the way people view us.
But at the end of the day, what we think of ourselves and our lives is what matters most.
It’s okay to be happy and satisfied with all of the good that is found within yourself.
You never need to endanger or sacrifice your sanity, your health, or your well-being for internal insecurities that have no right to define you.
