Breathing is good for me.
So I take moments to breathe throughout the day.
I breathe in and out slowly.

Mindful Reminder
Focus on your breath to bring self-awareness and healing for yourself. When you are stressed, pause and take a moment to breathe. When you are confused, pause and take a moment to breathe. When you are broken, pause and take a moment to breathe. When you are overwhelmed, pause and take a moment to breathe. When you are in need of love, pause and take a moment to breathe.
Find yourself through the breath. The breath is here to keep you grounded. The breath is here to help you let go of everything that no longer serves you well. The breath is here to be your friend. Find peace, mindfulness, and healing in your breathing. Always remember and cherish the power and energy that comes to the soul through breathing.
When you are lost, find yourself with the breath. The breath is always ready to reel you back into the place you need to be most.
