The Law of Attraction provides us with an opportunity to attract into our lives what we give our attention to most frequently.
“What you think you become. What you feel you attract. What you imagine you create.” — Buddha
What have you been giving your attention to? What are your most frequent thoughts? Everyone in this universe is affected by the Law of Attraction, and you and your thoughts have created your life experience. The mind is often severely underestimated, but the mind has the power to create our realities.

Origins & Architecture
The Law of Attraction has been used by many since the beginning of time. Even the Bible mentions as a man/woman thinks, so is he/she.
And what you put out into the world, you tend to get back. What are you putting out into the world? Are you putting out negativity or positivity? Are you putting out hope and positive expectation or despondence and negative expectation? Have your decisions up to this point created a life you are content, happy, and excited about? If not, you need to change your decisions because your decisions directly create your past, present, and future. We are the architects of our lives. The images we hold in our minds, the thoughts we have, the feelings we have, and our decisions are all working together to create our lives.

If you aren’t happy with your life, you have the freedom to change it at will. As Napoleon Hill states, if you can see it, then you can achieve it. Focus on the images you desire for your life, and these images will become your life.
Gratitude
The Law of attraction only works when you are grateful for where you presently are and what you presently have. You cannot attract more into your life if you are selfish, ungrateful, bitter, and not generous to others. Gratitude is the foundation to ensure the Law of Attraction effectively works in your life.

Each day wake up and be grateful. As the day progresses, continue to be grateful for anything and everything you can think of. The more you practice gratitude in your life, the more you will attract abundance into your life. Abundance and gratitude go hand-in-hand.
Being grateful also helps you to feel good. Gratitude works wonders in people’s lives. It not only helps you feel good, but it helps your body to be healthier, it helps you think with clarity, it helps you be in the right place at the right time, it helps you to have more positive thoughts and thinking patterns, and it helps you to maintain a positive attitude towards life.
Take Action
What are your desires (list them out)?
Now, act as if your desires have come true, and be grateful for your desires in the present tense.
Tell yourself out loud every day, “I am so happy and grateful now that I have or I am experiencing [insert your desire here].”
Believe that your dreams, goals, and desires are yours now, and experience gratitude for these things now. Finally, feel good.
How To Make Desire Reality?
What are your desires? As you are thinking of your goals, desires, and dreams, write them all down in great detail, and review them each morning as you rise and each night as you wake up. Don’t place limits on yourself either. Ask yourself what you really want. If you could have anything, be anything, do anything, what would it be? Finally, get pictures if you can to help you visualize your dreams easier.
Your desire might be to earn a certain amount of money. Your desire might be to drive a particular car. Your desire might be to live in a specific house. Your desire might be related to your health. Your desire might be to live in a new place. Your desire might be to obtain a life-long partner. Your desire might be to have more enriching relationships.
Once you have finalized your desires, you might question how you can make your goals a reality. Whatever your desires are, don’t focus on how; focus on what.

As you continue to focus on what you want and are willing to do what needs to be done to obtain it, ideas will be attracted to you and flow into your mind to help you make your goals a reality. Be ready for ideas to flow into your mind, and as these ideas flow into your mind, write them down to keep track of them. When you have inspired thought, it is critical that you give each idea a chance. Some ideas won’t work, but others will work exceptionally well, which is why you must try all of your ideas.
Imagination and Visualization
To help you make your dreams a reality faster, you must visualize.
“When you visualize, then you materialize. If you’ve been there in the mind, you’ll go there in the body.” — Dr. Denis Waitley.
If you want a new home, what are all of the features you want in it? Find pictures or create mental pictures of exactly how you want your home to look. If you want to drive a certain car, test drive that car several times, build it exactly how you want on the dealer site. Place the exact image of your dream car in a visible place you can view it often. What kind of life do you want to live? Write it out and collect pictures of how that life will look. Imagine yourself as having all of these things now, and do this exercise daily.
Visualization is critical to attracting the things you desire. Humans have the gift of imagination and visualization; use this gift to your advantage to create your reality.

Feel Good
Each day, engage in activities that bring you joy. Life should be a fun adventure. Life should bring a smile to your face. If your life is not bringing you pleasure and joy, start first with gratitude. Start finding things (even the smallest) to be grateful for. Then, start engaging in activities that make you laugh, make you smile, make your heart race, make you feel alive, and bring you happiness. Feeling good is the secret to attracting more good into your life.

I want you to create a list of activities that bring you joy right now. Try for at least 10–30 different activities. If you can’t think of this many things, it’s time for you to get more adventurous and engage in some new activities.
This list that you create is going to be called: Things That Bring Me Joy. Whenever you feel low, depressed, unhappy, or discontentment, look at your list of things that bring you joy, and do something on that list. It may take a couple of activities on the list to get you back in that joyful vibration. But the goal is to feel good. Make this your daily goal.
Be Generous
As you integrate the Law of Attraction into your life, you will naturally become more generous, loving, and kind to yourself and others.
People will start to ask about you. They will want to know how all of this transformation is taking place in your life. They will want to know why you are more giving. They will want to know why you are happier. They will want to know how you are attracting all of these great things, great relationships, and excellent opportunities into your life. The people that ask, you can share with them the Law of Attraction. Share with them what you know about this law. Some people will implement it right away; others will think this law is crazy and is not the secret to your success. But for those you do share this law with that implement it, your generosity will change their lives forever; this alone will attract more good, blessings, favor, and knowledge into your life. As you apply The Law of Attraction to your life, keep giving and sharing this law with others.
There Is Plenty For Everyone
I am not sure who came up with the idea that there is not enough in the world for everyone and that we should keep all of our success, resources, wealth, blessings, and knowledge to ourselves. This is a big fat lie that I hope disappears one day.

There is enough for everyone. There always will be enough for everyone to be a success, and you know why? Because everyone does not want the same things. Everyone has different desires, wants, and needs.
We don’t need to keep all the good stuff to ourselves. We don’t need to hoard our wealth out of fear and insecurity. We don’t need to keep all of the knowledge to ourselves. We don’t need to be afraid or insecure when others are successful.
Let’s celebrate others who are successful, and as we help and give to others, we will inevitably attract more good into our lives because giving always reaps the rewards.
