Double Posted: Am I Too Busy To Send Flowers?
Never lose the element of personalized generosity
One of my long-time friend’s mothers is back in the hospital after another stint not too long ago. I told my dear friend I would send her mother flowers in the hospital, except, I put it off for days. I even considered having my assistant do it for me, but right as I was about to send the text to my assistant, I stopped myself and asked, am I too busy to send flowers to someone in need of some joy, support, and love? I then asked myself another question, would I want someone’s assistant to send me flowers? No.
I finally sent the flowers; interestingly enough, it gave me such a sense of peace, gratitude, and love. I believe the universe will remember this act of kindness.
We can’t get too busy to be generous. We can’t get too busy to where we stop personalizing our notes of sympathy, love, and appreciation. Never lose that part of yourself — no matter how successful or busy you are. Take time to recognize the people you love personally.

We have truly lost our way of the personal connection of simple a touch, a smile, or a tear of joy. Being too busy is than stopping by to say, "Hello"!
We become this instant microwave mentality human being that had replaced the past generations of decency and respectfulness. We have forgotten our spiritual connections with our own humanity that still awaits our beckoning to serve with dignity and integrity!
