Our days escape us as soon as we wake up. Upon rising, we get straight to the responsibilities and all of the things we think we need to do. But we forget to do the things that keep us in balance, keep an abundance of joy present in our lives, and remove stress from our lives.

Joy not only feels good, but joy is medicine to our bodies, minds, and spirits. And if you can combine joy with laughter, well, that’s a winning combo for success, health, and peace.

Today, we all will have things we need to get done, people we need to talk with, and regular tasks we need to tend to, but before you get wrapped up in all of this:
