Love yourself and others.
Though you may feel empty, find something to give.
Don't waste the day feeling the fog.
Fog will make visits to you even during the best parts of your life. So, always be ready to continue living your life and having fun when the fog visits. Know that you are in control of your life and not unproductive/negative thoughts and emotions. Finally, avoid making huge decisions when you’re in a fog. Your decisions will always be sound-er when you make them emotionally sober.
