Hard questions are uncomfortable; they force us to see things we choose to ignore or avoid. But the more questions we ask ourselves, the more intentional, joyous, and fulfilling our life experiences can be.
Questions You Should Think About Often
Is who I am today the ideal person I desire to be?
What changes do I need to make to myself (e.g., habits, behaviors, thinking patterns, holistic health, etc.)?
What changes do I need to make in my life?
Do I love my life?
How much do I love my life on a scale of 1-10?
If the number is low, ask yourself, “Why do I not love my life?”
What changes can I implement to help me enjoy my life more?
Am I happy with the people who are in my life?
Am I happy with my relationship with myself?
Am I happy with my friendships?
Am I happy with my romantic life?
Am I happy with my family?
Am I happy with the people I work with every day?
Do I genuinely want to achieve the goals that I continue not hitting?
Why do I continually not hit x goals [these are goals that you consistently set but never complete]?
Reflect on your desires and ask yourself, “Why do I want these things?”
Why do I want x?
What do I hope to gain from it?
What is my purpose in life?
Do my daily life and actions align with my purpose?
Do I love my job, or am I doing it to bring in a paycheck?
Do I want to work here for the rest of my life?
Does my job add more stress or more happiness to my life?
98% of people are drifters.
Most people don’t have clear intentions.
Most people allow life to happen to them by default.
They don’t question their desires, actions, habits, or choices. Nor do they question the life they’re living day in and day out.
The more we question our lives, actions, habits, and behaviors, the people in our lives, and how our lives continually unfold, the more meaning and fulfillment we will experience.
Taking a passive approach to life is what most people do.
But you have the opportunity to be an active participant and dictate how your life experience goes from here.
We only get one life.
What are you doing with it?
