If You're Not Doing Anything To Change Your Circumstances, You're OKAY With Them
Are You A Shrinker Or Expander?
There are two types of people:
Shrinkers: The people who have a desire or goal but don’t think they can accomplish it. They spend most of their lives dreaming about the end goal but never implement actions to bring them closer.
Expanders: These people know there is a disparity between where they are now and where they’d like to be. Hence, they immediately execute and consistently figure out ways to close the gap so they can manifest their goals.
Let’s Take Travel For Example
A friend told me he would love to start traveling for extended periods instead of only taking weekend trips.
I also used to think I couldn’t travel for extended periods because of responsibilities, multiple dogs, irrational fears, imposed limitations, and work.
Once I obliterated all these faux obstacles, nothing was standing in my way.
Now, I travel at will.
The only thing standing in his way to travel the way he desires is himself.
Let’s Take Money For Example
Instead of using the phrase, “I can’t afford that,” shift the phrase into a question, “How can I afford this?”
Part of why I have been able to eliminate poverty is because I never use the words “I can’t afford that.”
Furthermore, I always ask myself what actions I can implement to help me meet a financial desire or obligation.
Where there is a will, there is a way.
Far too many resources circulate this world to be broke and not live how you desire to live.
The choice is up to you.
Get Clear About Your Vision & Ask The Questions
Most of our desires can manifest if we ask ourselves the right questions.
How can I make x happen?
Write the vision down, and include specific visuals.
Write down all the ideas that come to mind that will help you manifest your goals. I used to write down twenty ideas daily that might help me reach specific goals.
Experiment w/ each idea until you hit the jackpot.
Prepare In Advance
What does the manifestation of your goal look and feel like?
How do you look and feel after you manifest your goal?
Every day you should allot time to envision and feel the manifestation of your goals.
But you should also find time daily to work on your goals—even for only five minutes. It’s all about consistency.
Consistency builds a mountain of success and progress over time.
Remember, if you’re not actively working to shift and improve your situation, you’re okay with where you are.
Are you satisfied?
