Why do we frequently not work on our goals?
Distraction.
It could be fear.
Always feeling lazy.
Not thinking big enough.
Doubtful, our goals will manifest.
Underestimating the value of consistent action.
Insecurity, which can also be synonymous with a fear of success.
Not breaking down your goals into small enough digestible pieces.
We consistently don’t progress on our goals for countless reasons.
But none of the reasons or excuses you tell yourself matter.
If you desire to make something happen, you’ll execute—without failure, no matter how daunting, painful, or uncomfortable the task is.
If you can invest x amount of hours in your employers, television, social media, youtube/TikTok videos, social life, f*cking around, traveling, gaming, entertainment, partying, or whatever you’re into, then you can invest the time in your goals.
But most people won’t because it’s easier to live in comfort. It’s easier to hope and dream.
Working to achieve a goal will be discomforting until you commit.
I say “until you commit” because once you’re committed, you can’t be stopped.
Think back to a time when you followed through without fail. It might’ve been in pursuit of a person, a job, a goal, or waiting in a long ass line to obtain what you were seeking. It might’ve been saving up for something.
When we’re committed, we are entirely different people.
You have a beast within you.
Unleash it.
