Learn How To Live By Doing & Thinking The Opposite Of The Masses
Disengage from society and seek alignment
When was the last time you disengaged from society and took a moment to experience the quietness within our universe that can only be intentionally sought after?
What Does Disengaging From Society Look Like?
No tv
No news
No social media
No youtube videos
No communicating with the world
You’re not missing out on anything when you disengage from the world.
But you can miss out on self-alignment when engaged or over-engaged with the world.
Seek Alignment To Stay On Your Destined Path
One way to stay more in tune with yourself is to facilitate moments without noise and distraction frequently.
When we’re constantly engaging with everything and everyone, we can lose touch with ourselves.
We can miss things.
We can make mistakes.
We can miss the lessons and takeaways the universe is trying to communicate.
We can forget our purpose and become drifters (people who live life without aim).
Learn to shut the noise off—whether in a good or not-so-good place. You can never become “too aligned.”
The average person will never spend “too much” time in the quiet, listening to the voice within.
Mitigate Mass Thinking
Most of the world falls into the “mass thinker” group.
Our thoughts overflow with content dictated by whatever we allow into our minds.
And our mind is our most powerful tool; it creates all realities.
The more cautious you are about what you allow into your mind, the more you control your life.
Step Outside Of Yourself
Frequently observe the world around you. Notice how others spend their time. Learn about the content people habitually watch. Observe what people’s habits are. Listen to how people communicate and what energy they emanate (usually, it’s negative).
You can quickly learn how to live by doing and thinking the opposite of the masses.
So true Destiny. I read about 10 minutes of news per day. If that. I do miss out on some of the latest celebrity news but I don't care. Life is hard enough without the fake drama we engage in - social media likes, latest scandals etc. Thanks for your thoughtful post!
