When we’re constantly engaging with everything and everyone, we can lose touch with ourselves.

• We can make mistakes.

• We can miss the lessons and takeaways the universe is trying to communicate.

• We can forget our purpose and become drifters (people who live life without aim).

Learn to shut the noise off—whether in a good or not-so-good place. You can never become “too aligned.”

The average person will never spend “too much” time in the quiet, listening to the voice within.

Our thoughts overflow with content dictated by whatever we allow into our minds.
