If you’re busy, like most people (or maybe you’re not busy), you probably deal with stress. I mean, who doesn't? I’ve found supplementation in addition to exercise, stretching, meditation, breathing, and my fur babies (dogs) to be excellent stress mitigators. As someone who skews towards a high-stress lifestyle, supplementation has been a huge help for my productivity and calm levels. Here in this read, I will break down my morning, afternoon, and evening stacks that I use daily for optimal productivity + calm.
My Morning Stack
You might ask why I utilize two relaxing agents first thing in the morning. Well, after getting a good night’s rest, I am more likely to wake up feeling stressed — with all the things to do for the day — versus tired. I tend to have a quality sleep and wake up refreshed when I get in enough zzz’s. Mid-morning hours are my peak productivity times, and I usually don’t struggle with falling asleep — I’m wired.

My Afternoon (Before Workout) Stack
Once the afternoon hits, it has usually already been a full and productive day, and a pick-me-up can’t hurt. Right? So I intake some maca and ginseng at least 30 minutes (a minimum of 60 minutes is optimal) before I get in my afternoon workout, which offers another energy boost for the remainder of my day.

My Evening Stack
