It happens to even the overachievers. Sometimes the productivity levels drop — and sometimes it falls hard and fast; this is fine and normal. This only means you need to revamp your priorities, goals, life, and schedule.
Maybe you need to take a vacation or break from work. Maybe you need to relax more. Maybe you need to restructure your goals so you can have more time available to yourself. Maybe you need to spend more time on self-care. Maybe you need to have more fun each day. Maybe you need to get out of your usual environment. Maybe you need to laugh more. Maybe you need to give up something you no longer want. Maybe you need to cut certain people or activities that are draining your energy and time.
Whatever it is, take time to review your entire life and see what is working and what is not working. Note it. Now make the changes — effective immediately.
