"Professional Performers Are Superstars In Their Minds Long Before They Are Superstars In Reality"
What experience are you creating in your mind?
If you’re living and breathing, you probably have a goal—even if you’re not actively working towards that goal. But do you believe you can reach your goals?
“Expectation works whether it’s built from experience or artificial programming. The advantage of programming is it is guaranteed to happen […] (Steve Siebold).”
When it comes to goals, there are three groups of people:
Group one works on their goals with complete confidence they will accomplish them.
Group two works on their goals but floods their minds with doubt and fear, which is why it always takes them much longer to reach their targets.
Group three doesn’t work on their goals at all because they don’t believe they can reach them.
Which group do you fall into?
The average person falls into groups 2 or 3. Why is this?
Doubt and fear are potent emotions; if we’re not careful, they will dominate our life experiences and prevent us from tapping into our unlimited potential; we will halt our own success.
Work on your goals as if you have no risk of failing. Believe that you can only experience success, and you will.
Whether you think you can or can’t, you are right (Henry Ford).
