It’s too damn easy to be consistently disconnected from the world, your family, your friends, and whoever else.

But, how is this disconnection from the world beneficial for you in the long-run? It usually is not.

Sometimes we need to simply take a break from the social media, netflix, hulu, and everything else and communicate. Holding a genuine conversation with someone we care about is more valuable than many of the things we spend so much time doing.
