Relaxation: Day 15 & Day 16
Exercise 1: Lay flat on your back with your legs up in the air flat against a wall. Place your arms out wide, release, and let go of everything for five minutes. And remember to breathe deeply.
Exercise 2: Today, forgive someone that hurt you deeply; pray for them, and recognize that they do not hold power over you unless you give them that power. There is freedom, relief, hope, healing, and beauty in forgiveness.
