Favorable feelings attract favorable circumstances.
When we focus on how bad our lives are going, how messy a circumstance appears, and how depressing we might feel, we only continue to attract more of these feelings and adverse circumstances.
Instead, stay on the right (high and positive) frequency.
Focus on laughing and doing the things that bring you joy. Everyone has a list of activities that bring them joy. Write out your list and make it visible, so you can always reference this list when you’re in a low mood.
Remember, the higher your frequency, the higher your life experience shall be.
Stay in a positive frequency, everyone. Laugh, have fun, make positive memories, and feel extraordinarily grateful.
Any time you’re starting to feel low, immediately do something that will make you smile or laugh.
