I’ve met countless people who tell me they’re sick yet keep rummaging around trying to get everything done. These people don’t know how and when to take a break, which often leads to them becoming sicker and slowing down their recovery. Limit your responsibilities
Engage in daily self-care and personal time
Get away from the phone and the tv sometimes
Exercise and conduct deep breathing throughout your day
Eat clean foods that promote energy and clarity
Say, “No” more often to people, phone calls, events, responsibilities, and stress-creators
