What Are You Willing to Give Up to Accomplish Your Goals?

Time ?

  • Time ?

  • Money ?

  • TV ?

  • Food ?

  • Sugar ?

  • Addictions ?

These are just some of the things people will need to give up to accomplish the goals they have.

When I’m talking to a client about their health and fitness goals, I always ask them, “What are you willing to give up — even if it’s only temporary?”

If you’re not willing to give up anything to accomplish your goals, you most likely won’t achieve them.

Goals are built off of two things:

  1. Sacrifice

  2. Consistent Action
