When You Are Feeling Insecure

A couple of days ago, I was chatting with a friend who was feeling insecure, fearful, inhibited, and the like about a new endeavor they were taking on, and I told them to speak the following aloud to themselves. Here I am today, telling you to do the same.

Speak the following affirmations out loud to yourself:

  • I am wanted.

  • I am cherished. 

  • I am valued. 

  • I am beautiful. 

  • I am worthy of unconditional love.

  • I am highly favored.

  • Great opportunities attract themselves to me constantly.

  • Life is good to me.
