How many times have you forced yourself into a shape that just didn’t feel quite like you? How many times have you forced something onto your body only for your body to reject it?
It can be hard to feel completely okay with who the universe has made you to be.
Everyone seems to be steadily focused on improving something about themselves (e.g., their lives, cars, bodies, jobs, level of physical attraction, thinking, homes, etc.).
Even though our bodies often have a way of letting us know a change that we are making isn’t for the best, we sometimes try to force the change anyways. We think, or we feel, that this change will somehow improve our lives or improve the way people view us. But at the end of the day, what we think of ourselves and our lives is what matters most.
It’s okay to be happy and satisfied with all of the good that is within yourself. You never need to endanger or sacrifice your sanity, health, or well-being for internal insecurities that have no right to define you.
