You Can't Feel Depressed After Listening Or Reading Elevating Material
Focus on maintaining positive vibrations to enhance your life
Most people experience days when they feel like total shit. Maybe you had a day like that today (if so, I hope tomorrow is 100x better).
The key to shifting how you feel is by shifting your vibrations.
It can seem challenging, especially when everything in your day and life goes downhill.
Every time I’m experiencing a shitty, low, or depressive vibe, I instantly think about elevating material because I know it is the key to shifting my vibration.
Sometimes I’m stubborn and choose not to read or listen to elevating material because I don’t feel like it. Still, when I surrender to the power of the knowledge I have in knowing that elevating material will lift my spirit, I notice an immediate difference in my productivity levels and what opportunities are attracted into my life.
Why Do We Feel Low?
Some of us have every reason to feel low, defeated, negative, depressed, lethargic, or empty of zest.
And some of us have every reason to feel the opposite.
Negative feelings are not picky visitors; it knocks at everyone’s doors. But we feel low primarily because we lose perspective.
It’s so easy to lose perspective. And it can also be challenging to find it.
Gratitude helps with this. Start feeling grateful for the minor things. As you continue the practice, you will start finding gratitude for things and people you never imagined.
How do I find perspective?
The other way to find perspective (outside of gratitude) is by shifting my negative vibration (feelings, frequencies, or energy) into positive vibrations.
Sometimes this means I have to tap into my resources (positive outlets):
Dance
Take a walk
Go workout
Eat more clean
Work on my goals
Play with my dogs
Listen to my favorite music
Hang out and see a close friend
Get out and hang out with friends
Review my life purpose and goals
Travel and escape my regular surroundings
But the one consistent thing I can always rely on to shift my vibration is elevating positive books and audio content. This content pours so much value and positive energy into my life.
The transformation I experience is almost instant after I start reading or listening to something positive.
If your car runs out of fuel or the battery dies, you won’t be able to move. The same happens with our minds and bodies.
We will get stuck in a rut if we run out of positive energy.
And those ruts can last for a while. If you’re not careful, those ruts can last for a lifetime.
One of my favorite sayings is: “To know but not to do, is not to know.”
I will remain in a negative mood if I do not apply this powerful strategy that shifts my vibration. If you don’t engage in activities or invest in your life with positive material that can enhance your mood, the same will happen to you.
Why You Need To Maintain Positive Energy
The more positive energy you have in your life and around you, the more good you will attract into your life.
You want to avoid sitting in a negative vibration. Get out of it as quickly as you can. The longer you stay in it, the more likely you will attract adverse circumstances and people into your life that will continue to create a negative experience and perpetuate a negative vibration.
Ever notice how some days start shitty and get shittier?
It’s likely because you add negative energy, thoughts, feelings, and actions to your day. When you add negativity to anything, you produce more negativity.
When you’re feeling low, seek positive outlets (activities and people that add happiness, joy, and peace to your life) and invest in your mind by listening to or reading something positive.

Anything inspiring. Anything that challenges me to be a better person and not choose a life of mediocrity.
